This site does not sell online, so we do not take payment details through it.
2. Why we collect it
- To answer your question or return your call.
- To schedule, carry out and bill for maintenance visits.
- To process a purchase, return or livestock claim.
- To consider a job application.
- To keep the website working and secure.
We do not use your information for anything else without asking you first.
3. Third-party services on this site
This site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. It carries no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party advertising pixels. Fonts are served from our own domain, so simply reading a page sends your details to nobody.
Two things do involve other companies:
- Google Maps — the map on the contact page. This is the only page that loads anything from a third party, and doing so lets Google see your IP address and set its own cookies. Every other page on this site contacts no one.
- Square (appointment booking), JotForm (job applications), Instagram, Facebook and Wikipedia — links only. Nothing is sent to any of them unless you choose to click through, and from that point their own privacy policy applies.
4. What we never do
- We never sell your personal information.
- We never rent or trade your contact details to marketing lists.
- We never share your information with anyone except the service providers above, our payment processor, and where we are legally required to.
5. How long we keep it
Contact form messages and general enquiries: up to two years. Service customer records and transaction records: as long as the account is active plus the period required for tax and accounting purposes. Job applications: up to one year unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs: as retained by our hosting provider.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email undertheseanc@gmail.com or call 980-328-0000 and we will handle it. If you are a service customer, deleting your records may mean we can no longer service your account.
If you have received messages from us and would rather not, tell us and we will stop.
7. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
